Vintage handmade bird figure by Aviemore Pottery Scotland, dating from roughly the 1980s, although the exact date is uncertain.

Each feather has been built up by hand to create a richly textured little figure. The blue and soft green colouring gives this piece a particularly characterful finish.

Approx. 8 × 7 cm.

As with the nature of vintage pottery seconds, there may be small imperfections in places; this, in turn, brings an element of charm and originality.
