Vintage Highland Cow

A characterful vintage Highland cow from the surviving Aviemore Pottery Scotland collection.

The basic form was made using a mould, then the fur texture and individual surface details were worked by hand before glazing. The hand-applied finish gives each cow its own small variations and character.

This listing is for the exact one-off vintage piece shown in the photographs.

As with surviving vintage pottery and seconds, there may be small imperfections or variations in the clay or glaze. These are part of the individual history of the piece.
